Cancellations must be made more than 7 days (28 days for Hogmanay) prior to your date of arrival. Any cancellation received out with this time frame will be liable for the full cost of the booking in full.
We realise that some circumstances are inevitable and exceptional, so we strongly recommend that you travel with the right insurance.
